MSVCR71.dll was not found

“This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.”

solution :

1. download file MSVCR71.dll ( http://www.dll-files.com/ )
2. go to Local Disk C:WINDOWS\system32.
3. Extract the file and place it in there
4. Press Start and select Run.
5. Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND).
6. Type regsvr32 “filename”.dll and press Enter
